Who we are

Mona Ibrahim spent a decade and a half servicing clients in the interactive entertainment, video game, and digital media industries. She previously served as Lead Counsel to Strategic Partnerships for the Fortnite Ecosystem at Epic Games, where she negotiated some of the most complex and cutting edge licenses and collaborations in the video game industry today (including the $1.5 billion investment and Metaverse collaboration between Fortnite and Disney). Prior to working at Epic, she was Senior Counsel for Interactive Entertainment Law Group, where she managed hundreds of video game industry clients for over 7 years.

Her commitment to clear drafting is second to none in the interactive media space. While at Epic she created clear, concise, and documented drafting principles. Mona has also provided mentorship and guidance in the area of contract drafting for some of the most talented attorneys in the games industry.

Mona received her J.D. from WVU College of Law and an LL.M. in Entertainment and Media law from Southwestern Law School, located in downtown Los Angeles. She is licensed in Washington State.

In her free time, Mona is committed to her yoga and dharma practice, creative writing, candle making, her cats, and of course, video games.
